DSSA Wins “Best Rights and Equitable Treatment of Shareholders” and “Top 50 Big Cap” at The 17th IICD Award 2026

Jakarta, October 13, 2026 – PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) has once again achieved recognition in corporate governance, receiving two awards at The 17th IICD Corporate Governance Award 2026. Organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD), the event was held at the Main Hall of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Jakarta on October 12, 2026.

At the event, DSSA received awards in the following categories:

  • Best Rights and Equitable Treatment of Shareholders
  • Top 50 Big Capitalization Public Listed Company

These awards recognize DSSA’s commitment to consistently implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices, particularly in protecting shareholders’ rights and ensuring equitable treatment for all shareholders, including minority shareholders.

DSSA has received the Top 50 Public Listed Company award for 11 consecutive periods. Previously, DSSA also received awards in the Best Disclosure and Transparency category (2021), Best Overall Mid-Cap (2022), Best Equitable Treatment of Shareholders (2023), and Best Responsibility of the Board (2024 and 2025).

This commitment is reflected in the comprehensive implementation of GCG across various aspects of the Company’s management. Among other initiatives, this includes involving shareholders in decision-making through the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders held on June 18, 2025; consistently disclosing information through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the Company’s official website; and aligning the disclosures in its Annual Report with the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), a regional corporate governance standard that also serves as a benchmark for IICD’s assessment.

The annual event organized by IICD aims to recognize publicly listed companies that have successfully implemented good corporate governance practices in accordance with international standards and Indonesian capital market regulations. A total of 962 companies listed in Indonesia were assessed.
