To ensure optimal connection quality, MyRep is also equipped with Speed Test and Ping Test features that allow users to check network speed and stability in real-time.

In addition, customers can check their service status, whether online or offline, directly from the application to ensure the connection remains in prime condition.

And when there is a connection issue, customers can directly manage their device independently, such as restarting the modem with just one touch, without needing to wait for technician assistance.
